At Grail Game, we are committed to protecting our users’ privacy and data. This policy outlines the steps users can take to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data from our systems, including our Firebase database and any third-party services integrated with our app.

Requesting Data Deletion

Initiation: Users wishing to delete their account and associated data should submit a request through our in-app settings under “Account Deletion” or by contacting our customer support at support@grailgame.com.

Verification: To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we require users to verify their identity through methods such as email confirmation and SMS verification.

Processing Time: Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, the process will commence. We aim to complete all data deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

Scope of Deletion: The deletion includes the removal of the user’s account, personal information, and any data collected during the use of Grail Game. This encompasses data stored in our 

Firebase database and any interactions via third-party services integrated with our application.

Third-party Data: Users are advised that data shared with third-party services outside of Grail Game’s control may require direct engagement with those services to delete personal data held by them.

Confirmation: Users will receive a confirmation via their preferred communication method (e.g., email) once their data has been fully deleted from our systems.

Exceptions

Note that in certain cases, we may need to retain minimal data to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated to our users through our app or via email.
