An unfortunate reality when it comes to shipping is that the shipping companies aren’t always diligent when it comes to handling packages with care. But we’ve got your back! Tariffs, Duties and Taxes

Grailgame, Inc. does not bear any customs duties and taxes on your order. All fees collected during or after transportation are borne by the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).
