My name is Lee and I’m the CEO at Grail Game. I wanted to bring you up to date about some of the exciting things happening here as we finish our first year of bringing the concept of digital mystery boxes with physical prizes to the collecting world. Here’s what you can expect to see coming down the pipeline at Grail Game:

1) Grail Game Rewards App – That’s right, we’re going to be launching an app in the coming weeks which will feature daily rewards! You can log in each day and play exciting games which give you a chance to earn free prizes such as Gold Coins, Gems and more…

2) BIG Games – If you’re the type of collector that has dreamed of owning those big grails worth thousands of dollars (who isn’t?), Grail Game will be bringing these Mega Grails you in the form of monthly “Big Games”. Every month will feature one or more Big Games where you’ll have a shot to pull something truly amazing.

3) Convention Appearances – For those of you that love to attend comic cons, you can find us at C2E2 in Chicago 4/26-4/28, at SDCC 7/24-7/28 and NYCC 10/17-10/20. You’ll have a chance to win free prizes and participate in some epic Games during these shows (even if you’re not attending). Where looking to add more shows to our schedule, so stay tuned.

4) International and Calculated Shipping – We will be opening orders for international customers in the coming months, along with calculated shipping for US customers. In the meantime, we encourage our domestic customers to take advantage of $6.99 flat rate shipping for a limited time. This means that no matter how many items you order, you’ll only pay $6.99!

5) 72-Hour Auto-Swaps – When you open a box to reveal your prize, you’ll have 72 hours to decide whether you want to have the prize shipped to you, or to swap it for Gold Coins. After the 72-hour period expires, the item will be automatically swapped and the Coins will be credited to your account. You can see the auto-swap timer for each item if you go to “My Collection”. Did you get all that? The Grail Game team has even more amazing things in the works, but we’ll save that news for another time.
